Job Description:
Assist the HR Department Head to supervise the work of the agency and Monitor Emergency Workers.
Receives all duly approved personnel requisitions from different departments.
Conducts initials interviews with short listed applicants whenever needed.
Updates the movements of all employees such as promotions, transfers, terminations, resignations and placement of newly hired employees.
Monitor and prepare the yearly Perfect Attendance for the Union employees.
Assist the Department Head for the Daily Headcount report.
Prepares requirements of the newly hired employees.
Updates the masterlist of the employees.
Assist the HR Department Head in organizing company wide programs and activities
Monitors that company policies and procedures are implemented inside the plant.
Assist the HR Department Head towards concerns and other issues of the employee.
In charge of recording and filing of all violations of company employees.
Processes leave availments and monitor leave credits.
Assist in the issuance of company provided uniforms.
Process the monthly reward system and allowances of operations and prepares payment request.
Conduct orientation of company policies to newly hired employees.
Initiates and implements improvement process and procedures in her assigned work area.
Participates in the yearly Audit related documents and during client audits.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4 year related course.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Willing to be trained and flexible
A reliever due to a maternity leave
