Primary Responsibilities
- Overseeing and assisting in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for HMO enrollment and deletion
- Responsible for coordination with the HMO provider
- Handling and coordination of Timekeeping
- Preparation of Employee Status Change Form (ESCF)
- Handling bank form of new hire and coordination with bank branch for the available ATM cards
- Preparation of the 3rd and 5th month performance evaluation of the employees
- Preparation of Letter for Extension of Probationary Period and Non-Continuance
- Prepared Annual HR Budget
- Responsible for coordination and organizing company events
- Establishing and organizing the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Facilitates exit clearance and monitoring of final pay for Full time and Part time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
