Our Billing Associate is at the forefront of our financial support services, by overseeing invoices and collaborating with vendors, to ensure efficient financial operations for our leading brands and organization.

As a Billing Associate you will be responsible for:


• Overseeing invoices using billing systems and handling billing discrepancies.


• Engaging with vendors and creative agencies regarding issues, and payment inquiries.


• Monitoring unbilled transactions and coordinate a resolution of any pending items.


• Providing accurate invoices and agreed supporting documents to clients to enable prompt processing and payment.


• Attending weekly reconciliation with the Agency Media and Finance team.


• Ensuring compliance with billing policies.


• Participating in the implementation of process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc activities identified by Management.

Job Qualifications


• Willing to work on a hybrid setup: 4x onsite, 1x WFH


• Have experience of at least 1 year in billing, invoices, and vendor management.


• Are a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related Accounting courses,


• Are self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.


• Are analytical, problem-solver and with strong attention to detail.


• Are able to manage your time and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are maintained.
