We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our Finance team as Finance Associates. Successful candidates will be assigned to either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable functions and will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

For Accounts Payable:

  • Process, verify, and record invoices for goods and services received.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and generate basic financial reports.
  • Support vendor communication and ensure timely, accurate payments.

For Accounts Receivable:

  • Prepare and issue client invoices in line with service agreements and billing schedules.
  • Track and record client payments, maintaining updated account statuses.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts through calls and emails to support collection efforts.
  • Assist in resolving billing concerns or discrepancies with clients.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and collection activities, and prepare aging reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Familiarity with accounting systems/software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
