Compliance Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, review, and maintain compliance-related documentation, reports, and records.

· Coordinate and track mandatory compliance training and certifications for employees.

· Assist with internal and external audits by collecting, organizing, and submitting required documentation.

· Monitor and maintain up-to-date records for licenses, certifications, and regulatory filings.

· Draft, distribute, and track compliance communications, memos, and reminders.

· Monitor regulatory deadlines to ensure timely filings, renewals, and submissions.

· Generate and manage Payment Reference Numbers (PRNs) for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions to ensure timely and accurate government remittances.

· Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments regarding government compliance reporting and payments.

· Support compliance initiatives, projects, and audits at other company locations as needed, including occasional travel.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all compliance-related matters.

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

· 1–2 years of administrative support experience, ideally in compliance, regulatory, or legal environments.

· Knowledge of Philippine government regulatory agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE) preferred.

· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
