Position Overview: Join Neuranimus, Inc. as a Full-Time Practice Support Coordinator and take on a crucial role in our small, yet dynamic, team. This remote position is designed to support the clinical operations of medical practices affiliated with Neuranimus, Inc. You'll manage the credentialing of clinicians, ensure accurate and efficient medical billing processes, and conduct financial reconciliations—all while enjoying the autonomy to tackle challenges and problem-solve in a self-directed environment.
In this role, you'll be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of key tasks, giving you the opportunity to shape processes and drive improvements. As the practice grows, there will also be opportunities to contribute to staffing and recruitment, allowing for further career development and growth. This is an ideal position for individuals who excel in independent work, have strong problem-solving skills, and are passionate about making a positive impact on healthcare delivery.
- Credentialing Support: Manage and maintain clinician credentialing with insurers and hospitals, ensuring compliance and up-to-date records.
- Billing and Reconciliation: Oversee accurate billing and perform financial reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
- Operational Support: Implement operational policies and provide administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Team Growth and Staffing: Assist in hiring and training new staff as the practice expands.
- Remote Team Support: Serve as the main remote contact for clinical teams, facilitating communication and resolving operational issues.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Monitor compliance with laws and regulations and ensure high standards of practice quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships and communicate regularly with all practice stakeholders to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
Education: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role, ideally in healthcare or a corporate environment. Project management or operations coordination experience.
Business Hours: Be able to work, make and answer phone calls during our Pacific Coast business hours: 9am-5pm Pacific Time.
Skills:
- Strong English verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick learner of new software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills for team management and conflict resolution.
Optional but beneficial:
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Relevant certifications in business or healthcare administration.
Other details:
- We are offering $1,000 / month.
