In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our customer service professionals, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional care to our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes to upskill our customer service representatives in the healthcare domain
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions covering core healthcare concepts, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments, to support the learning and development of our team
  • Continuously evaluate and update training content to align with evolving industry standards and client requirements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees, identifying areas for improvement and guiding them towards success
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and implement effective strategies to enhance the overall capabilities of the customer service department

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer or coach in the healthcare or call centre industry
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including medical terminology, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes that drive measurable improvements in employee performance
  • Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and evolving customer needs
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
