About the role
Join our dynamic team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. as a Healthcare BPO Trainer. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our customer service professionals, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional care to our healthcare clients.
What you'll be doing
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes to upskill our customer service representatives in the healthcare domain
- Facilitate interactive training sessions covering core healthcare concepts, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments, to support the learning and development of our team
- Continuously evaluate and update training content to align with evolving industry standards and client requirements
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees, identifying areas for improvement and guiding them towards success
- Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and implement effective strategies to enhance the overall capabilities of the customer service department
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer or coach in the healthcare or call centre industry
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including medical terminology, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes that drive measurable improvements in employee performance
- Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and evolving customer needs
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
