About the role
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at 525 PRIMERA HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES INC' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will have the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients and patients.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls from healthcare clients and patients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance on healthcare plans, benefits, and procedures
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and procedures is preferred
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
