About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at 525 PRIMERA HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES INC' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will have the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients and patients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from healthcare clients and patients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance on healthcare plans, benefits, and procedures
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and procedures is preferred
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
