The Opportunity

Are you a customer service professional with strong leadership skills and fluency in Spanish? We have an excellent opportunity for a Healthcare Spanish Team Leader to join the dynamic team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional support to our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives handling inbound and outbound calls for healthcare clients
  2. Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members to ensure high quality customer service and KPI achievement
  3. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
  4. Escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries and issues
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements
  6. Maintain accurate records and reporting on team performance
  7. Foster a positive, motivating team culture

What We're Looking For

  1. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a contact centre or healthcare environment
  3. Strong coaching, feedback and training skills to develop team members
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem-solve effectively
  5. Experience with contact centre key performance indicators and reporting
  6. Strong team player with a positive, motivating attitude
