We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of healthcare-related topics
  3. Assist customers in navigating our company's products and services, ensuring they receive the best possible support
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and identify areas for process improvement

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage inquiries and maintain accurate records
  5. Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to transition seamlessly between remote and on-site work
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
