People Technology Analyst – Workday Integrations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field

3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a focus on Workday integrations

Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs

Hands-on experience with middleware platforms & integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)

Familiarity with data analytics tools and HR systems landscape

Workday Integrations Certification (a plus)

Experience with global HR systems & multi-country integrations

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)

Project management experience or certification (PMP, Agile)

Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using APIs, EIBs, SOAP, REST, and Raas.

Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

Manage interfaces with payroll, LMS, analytics, HRIS, and identity management tools.

Monitor and enhance integration performance across Workday and connected systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Support reporting, dashboards, and functional teams with HCM, Absence, Recruitment, and Compensation data.

Maintain documentation, ensure security compliance, and assist in audits and risk assessments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
