What You'll Be Doing:

Workday Integrations

·      Build, test, and maintain integrations using EIBs, APIs (SOAP/REST), Core Connectors, and Web Services.

·      Manage integration security groups and users.

·      Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable data flow across platforms.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable integration solutions.

Systems Interfaces & Ecosystem Management

·      Handle interfaces between Workday and tools like:

·      Power BI, Tableau

·      ADP, PECI, PICOF

·      Udemy, Coursera

·      Qualtrics, Culture Amp

·      IRIS, Yomly

·      Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD

·      Ensure data consistency and partner with IT/vendors for upgrades and changes.

Data, Reporting & Functional Support

·      Enable People Analytics through reliable data integrations.

·      Support dashboard/report development with accurate backend data.

·      Assist with HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, and Security configurations.

Governance & Documentation

·      Maintain integration and interface documentation.

·      Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

·      Participate in audits and risk assessments.

What You'll Bring:

Must-Haves:

·      Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, HR Tech, or related field.

· years in HRIS/People Tech roles focused on Workday.

·      Strong grasp of Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, and integration tools.

·      Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).

·      Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

·      Workday Integrations Certification.

·      Experience with global HR systems and multi-country setups.

·      Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or other data privacy regulations.

·      Project management experience (PMP, Agile).
