People Technology Analyst

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workday Integrations:

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations (core connectors, Web services, API, SOAP, REST, Raas) between
• Workday and internal/external systems.
• Create, transform & launch Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Create and maintain integration security groups and users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements as needed.

Systems Interfaces & Ecosystem Management:

• Manage interfaces between Workday and other People Technology tools including:
• Data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Global Payroll Solutions (e.g. PECI, PICOF, ADP)
• Learning Management Systems (e.g. Udemy, Coursera, etc.)
• Employee survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp)
• Local HRIS platforms (e.g. IRIS, Yomly, etc.)
• Access and identity management tools (e.g., Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD)
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems through effective interface design and maintenance.
• Partner with IT and vendor teams to support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.

Data, Reporting & Functional Support:

• Support People Analytics initiatives by enabling reliable data flows and integrations.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and reports by ensuring backend data availability and accuracy.
• Support functional team on configuring, testing and troubleshooting issues related to HCM, Absence,
• Recruitment, Compensation or Security

Governance & Documentation:

• Maintain documentation for integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Participate in audits and risk assessments related to HR systems and integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a focus on Workday integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with middleware platforms and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and HR systems landscape.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Workday Integrations Certification is a plus.
• Experience with global HR systems and multi-country integrations.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
