ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient People Technology Analyst to join our team, with a specialization in Workday integrations and managing the connectivity across our People Technology ecosystem. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability within HR platforms, driving efficient operations and enabling meaningful analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a strong focus on Workday integrations.
- Solid knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms and the broader HR systems landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Integrations Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working with global HR systems and managing multi-country integrations.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Project management background or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, RaaS).
- Manage integration security groups, users, and system access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain interfaces with payroll, LMS, survey tools, analytics, and identity management platforms.
- Monitor integration performance and support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Enable accurate data flows for analytics, dashboards, and reporting needs.
- Provide functional support for Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Security).
- Document integrations and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit standards.
