Designation: TLMDLAI Head Office, 3rd Floor YUYU Building (Across Tagum National Highway, fronting Gaisano Mall Tagum)

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Head leads strategic marketing and branding efforts to drive customer acquisition, business growth, and strong brand visibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team.
• Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct market research to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage service marketing, digital campaigns, content, and social media.
• Handle advertising, promotions, PR, and marketing budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Implement customer engagement and retention programs.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Prepare reports, agreements, and B2B materials.
• Guide branch-level marketing and review marketing content.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior or head role.
• Strong strategic, leadership, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
• Willing to relocate to Tagum City if residing outside the area.
