DESIGNATION: TLMDLAI Head Office - 3rd floor YUYU building across Tagum National Highway (Fronting Gaisano Mall Tagum)

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Head leads the strategic planning and execution of all marketing and branding initiatives, driving customer acquisition, business growth, and strong brand presence across target markets

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Conduct market research to guide data-driven marketing decisions.
• Plan and implement service marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and social media activities.
• Manage advertising, promotions, public relations, and marketing budgets.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for improved ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments for aligned initiatives.
• Implement customer engagement and retention programs.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Prepare marketing reports, forms, agreements, and B2B materials.
• Guide branch-level marketing execution and oversee content proofreading.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or head role.
• Skills: Strong strategic planning, leadership, digital marketing expertise, analytical skills, and ability to drive cross-functional execution.
