Online Review Coordinator

The Online Review Coordinator is responsible for the receipt, coordination and fulfillment of online review requests. Among other things, the same is responsible for the optimization, maintenance and troubleshooting of systems used in the online review, creation of marketing graphics, requesting for and monitoring of budgets, and reporting, analysis and making data-driven recommendations to the Management.

General Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process requests for online review from various sources.

2. Channel or delegate specific review tasks to appropriate team members.

3. Serve as point-of-contact for all online review concerns.

4. Provide optimization and maintenance of online review systems (software and hardware) via phone, email, or chat.

5. Provide technical assistance to inquiries or concerns via phone, email, or chat

6. Create marketing copies and collateral for the online review.

7. Manage assets of the online review.

8. Record technical support data (instances, assistance drivers, resolutions, etc.), and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations.

9. Create other reports (daily, weekly, monthly) relevant to the role

10. Lead/Facilitate retrospectives for evaluation and process improvement. 12. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or manager.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science/Technology, or a similar or related degree.

2. At least 1 year of experience in desktop support (e.g., helpdesk, service desk). Experience in Zoom and Moodle is preferred but not required.

3. At least a year of experience in graphics design.

4. Experience is customer service and/or sales is preferred but is not required.

5. Excellent spoken and written English skills.

6. Excellent organization and coordination skills.

7. Ability to multi-task/task-switch and meet deadlines.

8. Amenability to work onsite in Davao City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
