TL Mabuhay Driving Lesson Academy Inc. is looking for a Marketing Officer to be assigned to TLMDLAI main office Tagum City.

Location: 3rd Floor Yuyu building, along Tagum National Highway (fronting Gaisano Mall Tagum)

Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer supports business growth by identifying market opportunities, executing marketing plans, and strengthening brand awareness across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various media channels.
  • Coordinate with partners, agents, and internal teams to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, content, and promotions.
  • Maintain updated customer and sales records; conduct after-sales activities.
  • Organize marketing events and track campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BSBA Marketing, Business-related course, or Public Administration.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Skilled in creating marketing proposals; social media management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Applicants are preferred to be residing within Tagum CIty or willing to relocate to Tagum Ctty.
