  • Manage inventory, procurement, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Financial and Strategic Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Analyze business performance and recommend strategies for cost optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with management to set strategic goals and long-term business plans.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
