About the role

As a Bar Promoter at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our vibrant bar and restaurant. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging promotional activities to attract and retain customers. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the bar's offerings, events and special promotions
  2. Organising and participating in on-site events, such as themed nights, tastings and live music performances, to create a lively and memorable atmosphere
  3. Building relationships with key industry influencers, local media and potential partners to expand the bar's reach and visibility
  4. Analysing customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future marketing strategies
  5. Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive customer experience
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the bar's promotional activities

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or promotional role, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders
  3. Creativity and a flair for executing engaging marketing campaigns and events
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  6. A passion for the food and beverage industry and a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences
