Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest lists efficiently.
  • Provide guests with information about our services, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
