We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team at The Fun Roof, Poblacion Makati . As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the Operations Director and General Manager and other department heads to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including inventory and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be willing to work in Poblacion, Makati City.
  • Can start Asap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant and bar operations.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and teamwork.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Handle customer concerns and enhance guest experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination.
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and overall business performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
