Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to promote the bar/restaurant
  • Manage and maintain the bar/restaurant's social media accounts, including responding to inquiries and engaging directly with clients
  • Create engaging marketing and advertising materials for the bar/restaurant's social media platforms and events
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities and industry trends
  • Collect and analyze market data to forecast trends and understand consumer behavior as needed
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making
  • Handle bar/restaurant reservations
  • Handle the planning, coordinating, and executing promotional/public and private events
  • Conduct supplier research and sourcing for bar-related needs
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Associate/ Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and techniques (ex. social media management, email marketing)
  • With experience in public relations strategies, media outreach, and brand communication is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (or similar design software)
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, consistently punctual at work and deliverable deadlines, and able to manage time efficiently
  • Willing to learn and is determined
  • Disciplined and has structured work ethic
  • Able to work effectively in a team when required

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Type of Employment: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
