About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced PR and Host to join the team at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in promoting the brand and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing PR strategies to raise the profile of Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant within the local community
  • Serving as the primary host, greeting and interacting with customers to ensure a warm and welcoming experience
  • Coordinating and overseeing special events and promotions to drive customer engagement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key local media outlets and influencers
  • Monitoring and analysing PR and marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Supporting the development and distribution of promotional content across various channels
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing and operations teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, hospitality or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaign planning and implementation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for the food and beverage industry
  • Familiarity with local media landscape and influencer marketing
  • Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline
