Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work under the BIM Manager.
  • Supervise and review BIM Modelers' tasks and outputs.
  • Check BIM models against AEC drawings and provide corrections.
  • Conduct model reviews for compliance with standards, BEPs, and workflows.
  • Identify and report clashes and design issues.
  • Create and edit project templates to meet standards.
  • Develop custom Revit families with shared parameters.
  • Ensure correct use of shared coordinates across projects.
  • Update and document project standards and procedures.
  • Train and support BIM Modelers and Job Captains.
  • Help develop BEPs and TIDPs.

Qualifications

  • Licensed professional in any AEC discipline.
  • At least 6 years of BIM experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years in design or on-site work.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Advanced in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
  • Strong AEC plan reading skills.
  • Proficient in English.
