Megawide is currently seeking a BIM Modeler who ensures the accuracy and completeness of the submittals and collaborate design issues or conflicts and revisions with other sections in the Engineering Department. He/ She will be responsible for generating queries as an RFI and tracks response to update the model, generation of shop drawings from the approved for construction drawings, and preparation of shop drawings with quality and on time.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of Schematic Model 3D
  • Design Drawing Preparation
  • Preparation of Detailed Design Model
  • Preparation of Combined Service Model
  • Presentation of Coordination Data Report
  • Preparation of Clash Free Model
  • Preparation of Construction Sequence

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering Course (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Architecture
  • PRC license is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
  • Open to be assigned in Quezon City
