BIM Technician

Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Revit BIM (Structural, Architectural, and MEPF) software in creating, modifying and releasing drawings under direct supervision of a project manager.
• Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy, compliance to standards, fits and stack-ups.
• Clash detection
• May be responsible for some design elements.
• Work from drawing standards as guidelines.
• Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during the process.
• Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or at least a Diploma in related fields
• At least two (2) years of related work experience, preferably in a Civil Engineering or Architectural firm
• At least three years of solid experience in structural and/or architectural drafting/drawing using Revit BIM software
• Well-developed computer drawing skills
• Proficient in the most recent version of Revit BIM software (Structural, Architectural, and MEPF)
• Good conceptualization skills
• Can cope up with fast pace projects
• Attention to details

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
