The S
ales Admin/Telemarketing staff
supports sales operations through lead generation, customer communication, documentation, and reporting, while assisting with payments, resolving client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and input new leads through telemarketing and digital tools, maintaining a robust and updated sales pipeline.
  • Initiate proactive customer communication and respond to issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of payments, PCF liquidation, and report submissions related to sales support.
  • Maintain daily collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Franchise Teams to support campaigns, issue resolution, and task completion.
  • Compile weekly performance reports and complete assigned administrative or campaign-related special tasks within deadlines.
