Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Property Consultant at DMCI HOMES INC. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients and managing property sales transactions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Pasig but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Consulting skills in the real estate sector
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and capabilities
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate market
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
