Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations.

The role ensures the project sites is efficiently managed, secure, compliant with standards. This includes estate administration, facilities coordination, tenant support, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management & Operations
  • Monitor daily operations Showroom/Booth including security, utilities, sanitation, landscaping, and common area maintenance.
  • Provide sellers and brokers with immediate onsite support
  • Provide clients exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and utility companies to ensure uninterrupted services and compliance with service standards.
  • Assist in implementing estate rules and regulations to maintain order, safety, and sustainability.
  • Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives aligned with corporate standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate/Property Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–4 years of experience in estate management, property administration, facilities management, or community activation.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety, security, and estate maintenance best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
