Job Summary:

The Site Accounting Officer is responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities at the project site. This includes monitoring project expenses, processing disbursements, handling petty cash, ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions, and preparing regular financial reports. The role ensures that all site financial operations are accurate, transparent, and compliant with company policies and accounting standards. The position also supports coordination between the site and head office accounting departments for timely submission of reports and reimbursements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and cost monitoring
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna (candidates residing nearby are preferred)
