Job description:

QUALIFICATION

  • BS Civil Engineering graduate
  • With at least one (1) year of work experience in the construction industry
  • Preferably with work experience in Corporate or Commercial Interior Fit-Out
  • Knowledgeable in Estimating, Microsoft Word, Excel and Cad
  • Professional license is an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
  • Prepares Bill of Materials for assigned projects.
  • Handles the initial deployment of materials and manpower for the project.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulation with the help of safety officer
  • Compiles all construction plans, site instruction, PMIs and other necessary documents on-site.
  • Handles the initial requisition of materials and ensures that all materials needed for the site are as per specification.
  • Prepares and submits project status reports and other necessary documents to the Project Engineer.
