JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of pre-con, budget, estimate and construction
  • Document procurement request.
  • Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures
  • Assist Project Managers/PIC/Project site engineers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
  • Maintain construction files and logs
  • Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders
  • Initiate, prepare, review, track and distribute RFIs (Request for Information)
  • Track and inspect material deliveries
  • Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports, sub-con evaluation and progress billings
  • Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes (as required)
  • Provide field technical supervision for all trades and other tasks as required by the PM/PIC and The President.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must posses a Civil Engg. Licensed

  • At least 2 years experienced on Site/office engineer.

  • Team player

  • Good oral communication skills

  • Knowledgeable in all Microsoft programs, AutoCadd, Sketch up.
