Sales Site Officer

Responsibilities
The Site Officer serves as the main Officer in Charge in a specific project showroom who is responsible for the following:

  • The efficient operations and regular upkeep of our project showroom that include the promotion of the project branding across all areas (physical amenities, manning personnel, decorum and event set-ups/facilitation), ensures the prompt attendance, attire and decorum of sales personnel in charge of manning; ensures all facilities and equipment are in good physical and working conditions; and provides a daily report for the above.
  • The professional delivery of project presentations to the showroom for clients in the absence of a sales officer (e.g., walk-ins), or if the sales officer is not equipped with adequate knowledge of the project needs assistance.
  • The daily and monthly report development for all showroom activities and developments concerning the flow of customers leads to sales conversions, facilitation of events (e.g., open houses or marketing partnerships).
  • The regular coordination with General Services for the maintenance or security requirements; PPD for the upkeep of model units and recommended enhancements; and Product Marketing for marketing collaterals for display or for sales support.
  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Management, Mass Communications, and other related fields)
  • At least two (2) year experience in real estate as a marketing officer or project development officer with skills in project presentation and client management
  • At least with one (1) year experience in managing operations or as a project site officer for real estate company
  • Selling skills / experience is a plus
  • An understanding of the local real estate industry
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Excellent command of the English language
