Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage comments, inquiries, and engagement during live selling sessions.
  • Assist in managing the live script/flow, product queueing, and reminders for the host.
  • Maintain proper sales tracking, order logs, and generate reports after each live.
  • Assist in managing the live script/flow, product queueing, and reminders for the host.
  • Handle operations and promotional activities for Executive Optical's website, including product updates, promotional campaigns, and coordination with marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling content that drives traffic, views, and sales for the products being sold.

Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced live selling.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with hosts and customers.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in orders, listings, and product information.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office, and order-tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, marketing, or customer support preferred
