Job Responsibilities

  • Technically supervises all the ongoing projects of IR Operations.
  • Turnover / Handover lead on IR Operations Projects.
  • Give assistance to the IR Operations Manager as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction team and ensuring they adhere to design, standards and schedules.
  • Knowledge and utilization of property procurement application e.g. SCM, Fidelio PSC, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus to design defect.
  • Address FOH complaints or concerns regarding aesthetics.
  • Enforce safety regulations and compliance with health and sanitation standards, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineer, Architect or any Engineering discipline.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years' work experience in Project management and Construction or Construction (QA/QC) Quality Assurance / Quality Control
  • Proficient in CAD (Civil & Architecture), Sketchup, Photoshop expertise.
  • Proficient in MS Office software's.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus design defect.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
