Operations Supervisor – Retail Account

Location: Cebu City

Work Setup: Onsite | Shifting Schedule | Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and driven Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives in our Retail account. This role involves managing day-to-day performance, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring service delivery meets client and company standards. If you are passionate about leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is an excellent fit.

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a bachelor's degree in any field (with valid proof)
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in any line of business
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage escalations effectively and drive performance results
