Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize processes using Avaya Voice Portal/IR to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless process improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Develop strategies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Provide technical support on Avaya Voice Portal/IR.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Document workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Train team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Gather requirements and feedback for process improvements.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence and identify improvements.
  • Support R&D initiatives with process insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management for PV Case Processing.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical skills in Avaya Voice Portal/IR with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in R&D and PV Case Processing is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for hybrid work.
  • Proficiency in documenting workflows and procedures.
Certifications Required
  • Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist
