Job Description

  4. Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  5. Oversee inventory, logistics, and resource allocation as needed.
  6. Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
  7. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  8. Support continuous process improvement and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  2. At least 2–3 years of supervisory or operational work experience.
  3. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  5. Knowledge of operations management, logistics, or production (depending on industry).
  6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  7. Proficient in MS Office and reporting systems.
