We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Distributor Manager to oversee and grow our distribution operations in Tacloban. This role is critical in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and effectively through strong distributor partnerships and market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop distributor relationships to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive sales performance and market share growth in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor distributor KPIs including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and coverage.
  • Implement trade marketing initiatives and ensure execution excellence.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess performance and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.
  • Provide timely reports and insights to management on market trends and distributor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG operations.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
