
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for e-commerce and a proven track record of acquiring new clients and fostering long-term relationships. You will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue by showcasing our unique blend of online and offline services.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our e-commerce and marketing services.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise in managing and growing brands on Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
- Lead negotiations and close new business deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure their success.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategies for their online stores and offline marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
- Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry, particularly on Shopper, TikTok, and Lazada.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine our business development strategies.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape our service offerings.
- Offline Activations:
- Promote and sell our offline activation services, including events, branding campaigns, and other in-person marketing initiatives.
- Work with clients to conceptualize and plan offline events that complement their online presence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce, digital marketing, or advertising industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape in the Philippines, with a strong understanding of platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.
- A strong network of contacts and a proven ability to generate new business leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
