Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our Clients' marketing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible to focused on SEO, content, WordPress, and system setup to support growth.

Work Set Up:


• Employment Type: Part Time (20 hours per week)


• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, between 7AM to 11AM PHT


• Work Setup: Remote


• Location: WFH


• Client Industry: Digital Marketing/SEO for Allied Health Clients

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform basic SEO hygiene tasks and audits.


• Conduct keyword research when needed.


• Schedule social media posts for clients.


• Design simple graphics using Canva.


• Edit basic images and short-form video content.


• Update client and internal websites using WordPress.


• Develop and maintain SOPs and internal systems.


• Set up and manage a content and process pre-approval workflow.


• Support digital marketing needs across client and internal projects.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in any field.


• 2 years of experience in a related role.


• Proficient in Canva for content creation and design.


• Experienced with Meta Business Suite for social media scheduling and publishing.


• Skilled in WordPress for content updates and basic SEO optimisation.


• Familiar with Notion, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams for documentation and collaboration.


• Knowledge of Mailchimp for email marketing and campaign setup.


• Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom.


• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to apply them to content.


• Proven experience creating and scheduling social media content.


• Ability to update and maintain WordPress websites with SEO-optimised content.


• Strong written communication skills with clear and professional English.


• Comfortable developing, documenting, and following SOPs and internal systems.


• Experience in allied health, marketing agencies, or similar service-based environments.


• Familiarity with managing content approval workflows.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
