Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wealth Strategist Assistant to join our Clients' finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible to take notes, create sales proposals, manage client accounts, assess financial goals, provide reports, and resolve issues while supporting finance tasks and teams.
Work Set Up:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Cavite
- Client Industry: Finance
- 3 Positions Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Being able to take clear notes and summarize those notes to create a sales proposal.
- Managing client accounts by updating portfolio holdings and rebalancing as needed.
- Reviewing client accounts to determine whether they are meeting their investment goals.
- Reviewing client records to identify areas of financial vulnerability, such as high credit card debt or insufficient emergency savings.
- Consulting with clients to determine their financial goals and objectives.
- Preparing reports and presentations for meetings with clients to discuss their financial status.
- Perform other administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and documentation preparation.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and responsive manner.
- May be required to support in other finance related departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Accuracy, keen on details, and ability to do multitask.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive and positive mindset.
