A Sales Documentation Assistant is responsible for organizing and managing sales and contract paperwork, supporting the sales team administratively, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Key duties include preparing contracts, maintaining client and sales databases, coordinating with other departments like finance, and assisting with closing procedures. Core responsibilities
- Sales documentation management: Prepare, update, and maintain all sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and client communications.
- Contract coordination: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and processing sales contracts and track their status (e.g., renewal and expiration dates).
- Data management: Organize and update client and sales databases, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Administrative support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales team as needed, such as managing files, preparing reports, and scheduling appointments.
- Inter-departmental liaison: Coordinate with other departments, particularly finance, to ensure compliance with policies and to resolve any discrepancies between records.
- Client and closing support: Assist with client communication, prepare forms for clients, and help with the closing procedures for real estate transactions.
Qualifications and skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, real estate, or a similar administrative role is often preferred but may not be required.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php21,000.00 per month
