About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing admin to join our dynamic team at NXTMILE Motors Inc.' in Kawit Cavite. In this full-time position, you will provide valuable administrative support to our marketing department, ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. What you'll be doing

• Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events, campaigns, and promotions.
• Prepare and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining marketing records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience
• Support the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools
• Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
