KC's Kitchen PH, a growing food services and commissary-based company, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor (Reliever) to oversee daily business activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and driving operational efficiency across KC's Kitchen PH. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational challenges.
  • Continuously monitor and refine processes to boost productivity.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food service regulations.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

  • Lead, train, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and discipline.
  • Create work schedules and delegate tasks according to operational needs.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional working environment.

3. Performance & Quality Control

  • Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns or operational issues with professionalism.

4. Inventory & Resource Management

  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of supplies and equipment.
  • Implement cost-control strategies without compromising quality.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation during day-to-day and peak operations.

5. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management

  • Resolve operational challenges, staff concerns, and client issues promptly.
  • Ensure uninterrupted workflow during high-demand periods or unexpected situations.
  • Implement and follow contingency plans for emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in food service, restaurant, or commissary operations.
  • Leadership: Strong team management and coaching skills; able to motivate and develop staff.
  • Operational Skills: Knowledge of inventory control, workflow management, and basic KPIs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges, customer concerns, and crisis situations effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office or POS systems is a plus.
  • Compliance: Understanding of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company SOPs.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
