We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. The role involves handling invoice processing, monitoring payments, and supporting account reconciliation activities. This position is open to fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about beginning a career in finance. Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and sending billing statements to clients.
  • Track outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Accurately document and reconcile customer payments.
  • Help identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients regarding payment-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Collaborative, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
