Job Summary:

Be part of a dynamic team that builds and manages strong relationships with corporate clients. You'll be responsible for originating, developing, reviewing, and managing loan portfolios while cross-selling appropriate banking products and services to support the Bank's growth, profitability, and client satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in account management or relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or any related field.
  • Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis preferred.
  • Banking experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
