Job Qualificiation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proficient in using job portals and coordinating with manpower providers for recruitment; must have good interpersonal skills and a broad network of contacts.
- Knowledge and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The HR Assistant is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment,employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This role supports the daily operations of the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services. The HR Assistant also ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government-mandated programs, while fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to introduce new employees to the workplace effectively.
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and required competencies.
- Facilitate the offboarding process for resigned or separated employees, including clearance, exit interviews, and final documentation.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related concerns (policies, benefits, workplace issues).
- Assist in handling employee relations and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Ensure timely posting of memoranda and internal communications on the company bulletin board and designated channels.
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer employee benefits, including HMO, leaves, and government-mandated programs (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Process payroll requirements, including Daily Time Records, tardiness summaries, leave monitoring, and benefits adjustments.
- Prepare employment-related certifications (COE, contribution certificates, government-mandated reports, etc.).
HR Administration
- Maintain and safeguard employee records and 201 files (physical and digital).
- Upload, update, and manage employee information in Sprout HRIS, including leave credits and records.
- Prepare and process employment contracts and probationary evaluations.
- Process clearance and employment-related certificates of resigned or separated employees, ensuring proper administration of quitclaim and release documents.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal HR policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility by accepting additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to suppor the overall growth of the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
