We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Operations Lead to manage our recruitment operations and guide a small team in delivering top-quality hires. This role blends hands-on recruiting, client communication, and leadership — ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment and enjoys shaping both process and people growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, from job creation to successful placement.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Manage ATS pipelines, schedule interviews, and maintain organized candidate documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify sourcing opportunities and improve hiring processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and team integration.
  • Prepare hiring reports and recommend data-driven improvements for recruitment performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations — MUST.
  • Strong leadership or coordination experience within a remote team.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, ATS tools, and online sourcing platforms.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a growth-oriented mindset.
